These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of peplairresearch.shop (the “Site”) and every purchase made from PepLair Research (“PepLair”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.
Research use only
All products sold on this Site are intended for laboratory research and identification purposes only. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics or dietary supplements, and they have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Products are not intended for human or veterinary dosing, injection or ingestion, and shall not be used for human therapeutic purposes or to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this Site is medical advice.
Eligibility
To purchase you must be at least 21 years of age and purchasing on behalf of a business, institution or qualified researcher. At checkout you must provide a company name and your research field and confirm the research-use-only acknowledgment. We may ask for additional information and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Buyer responsibilities
By purchasing you represent and warrant that:
- you are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of one, with the training, facilities and equipment to handle research chemicals safely;
- you will use the products only for lawful laboratory research and will not resell them for human or animal use;
- you will comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations that apply to the purchase, possession, handling, storage and disposal of the products.
You assume all responsibility and risk arising from the handling and use of the products after delivery.
Product information
Product descriptions, specifications and certificates of analysis are provided for research reference only. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate, but it may contain errors and it does not imply any intended use. Products are sold under their scientific or research names. Images are for illustration and the product you receive may differ in appearance.
Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice. An order is accepted only once it has been processed and shipped. We may limit quantities, and we may cancel an order affected by a pricing or stock error, in which case any payment received for that order will be refunded.
Payment is due in full when the order is placed. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and shipping information.
Shipping

Returns and refunds

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PepLair, its owners, employees and agents from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of any product, your violation of these Terms or your violation of any law.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
